The FORSAM database is an online database on suicidal behavior developed by DRISP.
The website presents data on suicide and suicide attempts for various risk groups, as well as on people bereaved by suicide and relatives of individuals who have attempted suicide. The data are available at four different geographical levels: municipality, health cluster, region, and national level.

The FORSAM database provides, for instance provides answers to:
- How many suicide deaths occurred in Jammerbugt municipality since 2010?
- How many suicide attempts take place in Region Zealand? and what was the socioeconomic status of those with a suicide attempt?
- What proportion of those who died by suicide had previously been diagnosed with a mental illness? And how many took place within the catchment area of Odense hospital?
- How many people in Køge municipality have, since 2010, experienced the loss of a close family member to suicide?
